I am amazed at all the 5 star reviews. My experience has been nothing short of unprofessional. I bought and paid for a car that had not been properly checked. I was told that a particular part needed replacing and could take weeks to resolve. This car had done 5k miles and already issues!!
I have been buying cars for years now and never had this experience before. Extremely poor service.

Professional and friendly outfit. From first contact through to completion I was impressed with all aspects of the service. Raj in particular was exactly the sort of salesperson I like to deal with - Approachable, helpful, no-pressure and followed through with everything he committed to. The car was immaculately prepared at handover and I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the process. I had a minor follow up request the day after the sale which Raj promptly dealt with on that same day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would have no qualms about purchasing another car from them in the future.

I recently purchased a 2012 Mercedes E350 Coupe from Prestige Cars and I have to say that the experience from beginning to end was outstanding. My vehicle was at the lower end of their price range and I felt that I was treated exactly the same as if i was purchasing at their upper price range. I dealt with Plillip who was very professional and such a nice guy. I was greeted by other staff also who were all so nice . In all my years of purchasing cars, this has been my best experience by far.

I went to Prestige cars for a mere enquiry and to see the car I was interested in buying but that visit changed my plan and entire experience. The reception and approach was like none I had ever experienced, the environment felt prestigious and classy and the sales executive Davis Bodunde blew me away with his calm and very warm approach to sales, he shared personal views about my preferences and his sense of candor was legendary. He showed commitment to his job but passion for customer satisfaction. I ended up closing a deal with Prestige just after 2 days of visiting for an enquiry lol. less than a week later, I received a welfare call to check how things are. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a first class experience in buying a car.

Great staff, great stock and quality service throughout! Would highly recommend if your looking for something very special or high performance with that extra special service to make you feel at ease. We had an excellent experience with all staff but most of all Raj who took care of every detail without as much as a glitch! Nothing was too much to ask for & he really went the extra mile with the completion of our purchase. No pressure or ‘sales tactics’ that I’ve experienced elsewhere (I’ve purchased a lot of high end cars in some very pushy places), but instead simply great service and salesmanship with an awesome range of stock on the forecourt! It was always made sure we were happy throughout every step. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to come back for my next purchase! Thank you Prestige cars Kent!

AK was our salesman and we found him to be both helpful and professional, we did have a minor blip with our sat nav sd card which was promptly replaced, we had the inconvenience of taking this to Land Rover to sync the new card with the car, this was promptly paid by Prestige Cars.

Very nice experience had from all, phoned up got through to AK the sales guy, spoke to him about the car i was interested in. Got an appointment to go see the car, took the car for a test drive came back sat down and signed the deal.
I come from a sales background so understand the push and what made my day was there wasn't one here. I was told about all the extra services I could get and how much they would cost, but at no point did I feel I was being pushed in to buying extra warranties or services. What a breath of fresh air that was!
The after service was good too, got a call back to see how I was getting on with my new car and to get my initial booking deposit back, which came back in full within a few days.
I would recommend anyone buying or wanting to buy a high end motor to use this company.
The coffee is good to ???? top marks guys. Ill be back when I have enough cash for the mustang.
