We had a lovely experience with Prestige Cars Kent from start to finish. We went down on the Bank Holiday knowing they would be busy and that things would be tricker with everything that is going on at the moment but they maintained professionalism throughout. Helen dealt with us from start to finish and after a few hours looking at cars, test driving and discussions we found our new toy. Had a repair and respray from Prestige for my Mum's car.
The workshop manager Mr Bartolo was an absolute diamond... the job was done quickly, professionally and perfectly.
He went above and beyond, even repairing a previous bodge job as a pleasant surprise, at no extra price but off his own back...dedication to the job.
Very, very happy indeed and have no doubt in recommending the company and completed work.
I have now put my own car in for sorting out.
Worth a considering if you are needing vehicle body work completed to an extremely high standard.

Highly recommend Prestige Cars Kent !
From start to finish everything was so professional with no issues whatsoever. Harry Foster was looking after me and to be honest he was one of the best sales guys I’ve ever met.
Harry was very professional, keeping me informed and answered every question with no delay over the phone and email. All paperwork was ready on the day of the collection so it didn’t take long to complete the sale.
I normally buy cars from the main dealer but to be honest Prestige Cars Kent and in particular Harry made my experience much better so no doubt I’ll be going back to these guys and not going back to the main dealer again !

We had been looking for a Porsche Macan through out lockdown but wanted to view and test one in the flesh, so when one came up on the Prestige cars website we called and spoke to Luke Russell who was very informative and not pushy in any way. We arranged to put a holding deposit down as we were unable to view the car straight away. On visiting to take a test drive Luke once again was very happy for us to take our time pondering our decision with no pressure at all which was great, Luke clearly has a passion for 'Prestige Cars' as he was very informative about the Porsche along with other cars they had. We were fortunate to have already sold our previous car for a bit more than Luke had indicated he could do as a part exchange before we viewed the Porsche so the purchase was very straight forward, with Luke explaining service plans, warranty options and a ceramic paint coating that they could offer.
Luke was very pleasant to deal with and has been in contact a couple of times since the purchase to confirm everything was as expected. As and when we come to replace this car we would certainly look to purchase it through Prestige Cars again if they have or are able to obtain the model we are after.

Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. Luke was really helpful and quick at getting the paperwork and everything else emailed over to me for them to buy my car. Ollie turned up to pick the car up and was spot on, no messing around and only took an hour or so to get everything done. Whole process took 6 days from start to finish. Came back to Prestige for another car, as the first time they looked after me. You have to pay money for the product wherever you go, but it's the service that has you returning. Once again brilliant care and Helen made us feel like it was our birthday, even when you're paying for a car. Makes it a bit more special! Plus they can customise to our specs. Already planning on changing another one of our cars next year!

I’m always very dubious of any car dealerships, however the gentleman I dealt with, Harry Foster, has completely changed my opinion! Very professional, very helpful and completely decent humans beings working here. Excellent vehicle choices and all seem immaculate. I just bought my car from "Prestige Cars Kent". As we all know, this is not the easiest time to buy a car because of all the restrictions and it not being possible to see the 'goods' in real live.
I have to be honest...from the moment I called the dealership and spoke to Luke I knew I was going to be looked after. I felt he was not just there to try to sell me a car, but to gain my trust in him. Which I did.
The sale was then passed on to Steve who was extremely professional and had a lot of patience with me. He guided me through all the virtual formality and like with Luke, he gained my full trust. I could tell he genuinely cares and wanted to help give me what I want.
To finish, Mark delivered my car yesterday and was great. A true and gentlemen, extremely humble and very professional.

I recently purchased an S3 for Prestige, honestly the whole process was fantastic and I really appreciate the work Georgie and the team did to get the car ready and slot me in to collect at such short notice.
The communication was clear and easy with no hard selling, the car was well prepared and the whole experience was fantastic, given all of this was during lockdown I'm nothing but amazed!
You guys made us feel really welcome and it was a much nicer experience than buying from Audi directly and head and shoulders above any other dealerships I've used in the past, I will be coming back for my next car.

My first contact with Prestige Cars was via the chat facility on their web site, and Chloe, the person I spoke to there, was very helpful. She promised I would be called back by a salesperson, and Charlie called me very soon afterwards.
He took time to understand my requirements, and was very helpful and at no time was he pushy. He talked to me about the car I was interested in and then left me to make the decision.
Once I decided to purchase, he explained the options available to me in terms of warranty, cermaic coating etc. and again, pushed nothing. I was very satisfied with the trade-in price I was offered for my car.
A few days later Charlie personally delivered my beautiful Tesla.
The service I received from Prestige from the first contact with Chloe to waving goodbye to Charlie as he drove my old car away was first class.
I'm very happy to recommend them to anyone in the market for a prestige car.

We would like to thank Steve Oliver for his outstanding service when purchasing our car. Steve made the whole process so straightforward, he was professional, friendly and we did not feel pressurized at any time. He worked with us to get a car and deal that accommodated our finances.
When the car developed a fault, we were delivered a courtesy car the same afternoon, no hassle. Karen Murphy, Service Advisor was fab, she kept us up to date with the progress of repair and our car was delivered back to our door.

I was then passed onto Georgie to finalise all the paperwork and complete the handover which was so quick and smooth. I recently bought a Ford Mustang from these guys, the whole experience was seem less especially as it was during tier 4 COVID and staff were thin on the ground. I was contacted a day after advertising my Audi A6 online and asked if I would consider selling it to Prestige Cars. We agreed a very reasonable price after which Prestige transferred a £1,000 deposit to my account on the basis that I took the car off sale. A week later, they sent a very professional driver to collect the vehicle from my house. After a quick inspection by their driver to make sure that vehicle was as I had described, Prestige transferred the balance payment to my account, I gave the driver the keys and the sale was complete. A hassle-free, professional and efficient service in a business maybe not known for such! I would definitely recommend these guys.

I would highly recommend Prestige cars. I have dealt with many car salesmen over the years but can honestly say the staff here are polite and not pushy in anyway. I dealt mainly with AK (Aman) who was very helpful and had a relaxed manner. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
