What a wonderful company. They arrived on time, were very polite, keeping me informed all the way through the project. Fantastic finish, nothing was too much trouble. I am really glad I paid that lite extra for such a professional company so that I had no worries, not like my last project with a one man band that turned Into a nightmare. We asked Creative Landscapes to come and quote for a large project in our garden last year. We needed experts as had some interesting and unusual plants to save and some larger areas to fill and wanted the job done properly. As well as being extremely professional and knowledgable about the plants that we already had (and wanted to move safely) they also worked with us to create the perfect space for our individual needs in our budget. We are very happy with how the garden has flourished in the last year and can't wait to see the spring display this year now everything has settled. Knowledgeable, friendly and unmatched in quality they really are the best in this field.

Brilliant at design of landscapes with both hard and soft needs

Do not touch these people with a barge pole. They are expensive. If they actually have value for money that would be ok. The design of the garden was excellent. The gardeners were good. The problem lies in the quality. The soil and turf are of the lowest quality. Rubbish

Contacted this company about landscaping a small area of my garden. They offered me a free quotation visit which I accepted. When the designer arrived he handed me an invoice for £30 'Consultation fee'. So, if you want to pay thirty quid for a free estimate, this is the company for you. If not, don't contact them.

I was delighted by the service provided when I had my back garden re-landscaped in June 2016. The workmen were personable, consulted when necessary, and did a very good job. The work was completed to schedule and all rubbish was removed. All in all, a very professional service of a high standard.

We were delighted with the work Creative Landscapes undertook in our garden in February 2017. The work was carried out exactly as we specified. Creative Landscapes gave our tired old garden a significant makeover in January 2021. Despite very challenging weather conditions the team completed the job on schedule. They were polite and considerate. Although all Covid restrictions were adhered to, effective communication was maintained throughout the task. With the new growing season starting things are looking good. The alpine trough is in bloom and it creates a nice focal point.
