Always great service, i have seen some people complain about some of the prices but i cant see the problem myself, everything i have bought has been very reasonably priced, they also offer club discount. I bet those people would complain even more if vwheritage no longer existed!

Five hour round trip to buy an exhaust manifold that was priced at over four hundred pounds. It was in worse condition and of poorer quality than than one I recently bought of ebay for a fraction of the price. Cluless staff. Over priced.

having given them all the details the asked for sadly my experience has not been the best from the initial purchase of a full set of five steel wheels ( a larger rim size) which i did ask if they would fit my t25 and was assured they would problems started i had wheel wobble and the studs and bolts were two short i now have to run with the securing bolts out of the rear drums ok if that was the only problem the sent multiples of my order and on at least two occasions more than once i have had to have parts exchanged as the have sent the wrong ones inconvenient to say the least when you have something your trying to rebuild the have to wait
the final straw was when they sent me the wrong wheel bearing kit
which i fitted or attempted to
cannot change it because i have tried to fit and had it more than the thirty days to return
i relied on there expertise yo send me the correct parts and on more than one occasion they got it wrong not very happy or impressed i will be taking this further

Would never recommend complete wast of time order my parts told me it was out for delivery after nearly two week got a call that they don't have my address I ask for a refund witch they did but gonna take up 7 days to be in my account so they wasted 3 weeks of my time in total

Auf Reklamationen wurde mir am 2.3.21 mitgeteilt das die Ware in 3 Wochen geliefert wird.
Leider nichts erhalten!
Nachfrage per Mail am 9.4 und 21.4 Keine Antwort.
Telefonisch ist auch niemand erreichbar. ????????????
Schade letztes Jahr wurden meine Bestellung innert kürzester Zeit geliefert.

Muy recomendable. Trabajan bien y disponen de un amplio catálogo de piezas. Los plazos de entrega varian y más ahora con el tema del Brexit, pero cumplen con lo anunciado, y si surge cualquier inconveniente, te mantienen informado.
He tenido la suerte de ser atendido por Ramón Rivera, del que cabe destacar su gran profesionalidad y dedicación para con los clientes.
¡Sin duda seguiré trabajando con ellos para llevar a buen término la restauración de mi T1!
