This petrol station is allowing an independant PCN company to operate and issue parking tickets upon entering the courtyard. When you drive to the pump you enter a yellow degraged box where the lines are faded plus it is impossible to stop anywhere when attempting to purchase a ticket for the vacuum or car wash. Absolutely outrageous they want to charge you £60 in an unsuspecting manner. All drivers that have received a ticket must leave their experiences on this or any other platform to warn other unsuspecting drivers. I have to refrain from submitting expletives but am looking for a page to set up some form of a boycott to have these camera's removed. This will not be the last of this!! I would like to submit 0 stars but you can not in order to submit a post.

awful grumpy service. refused to provide me with a proof of postage for my hermes return (for which they are a listed retailer) and have lost me £125 in the process. 1st time i went, printer wasn't working. went a 2nd time and was shouted at saying the shop was closed for 1hr despite being 24hrs. 2 more trips and this issue is STILL not resolved. have never experienced such appalling service. also no one wearing a mask inside. disgraceful - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Terrible service and grumpy staff.
I have a return from Amazon (item arrived broken), which these are listed as a drop-off point. I had to take it all the way there and as soon as I walked in the grumpy guy behind the counter said no. He claimed it was too big.
They're paid to do this as a service and clearly couldn't be bothered to deal with it and told me to look on the app for somewhere else. They're listed as a drop-off point for it...
Would never come here again for fuel now. I'd advise others to spend your money somewhere, where people are actual nice to others and do their job.

Very rude women behind counter. Never takes your Hermes parcels. I've been three times and each time been refused. I'm not sure why they offer this service. My girlfriend has had the same issue. I would avoid and go to the other petrol station about 5 mins away near crown point.

Terrible experience with the service. I have come here with 3 parcels to be collected via Hermes and they sent me back for silly reason like: "sorry we do not have space, can you come tomorrow?" This is just unfriendly and UNPROFESSIONAL service. Try to avoid this place.

This is an unusual review but one that I wanted to post!
We ran out of nappies and at 3am Sunday morning I needed to change my daughter so had to send out my partner to find some urgently. It couldn't wait until morning as she isn't potty trained yet and it was a Sunday so the shops wouldn't be open as early as usual.
My partner went searching for somewhere open and came back to tell me the only ones he could find were size 3 and some at the petrol station (this one) but he couldn't remember what size. I called and spoke with the gentleman who worked there (Raj I believe his name was) and he said only 3 and 4 were available. We needed size 6+ but a 6 or 5 at a desperate push. Tired and stressed I continued to look online for anywhere open that may stock some in larger sizes and I got a call, it was Raj, he said he had some size 5 nappies in his car that were for his child and offered to give them to us, what a gentleman!!! My partner met him and he gave us some nappies and saved us so much stress. This is going completely up and beyond for a customer and I don't think anyone else would have done that so I hope he gets the recognition he so deserves!!! If you're reading this Raj, thank you SO very much, you're one of a kind and we appreciate the kindness you showed us!!! (Also I hope I got your name correct! Sorry if I haven't!). To many this isn't a big deal but to a tired and stressed out parent it means the world :)

I used to go there often to vacuum my car for £1 per token, but their machine was often out of service. I went back there last week and surprise, surprise, the cashier charged me £2 for a token telling me, 'everything is going up these days!' Well, the only extra bits I had for my money was the litter on the floor. Conclusion , don't bother, buy your own car vacuum cleaner.
