Rude lady on duty at night , refused to let people in the shop, would not serve through the hatch. Pointless being open.
The attendant did not ask people to put masks on during the day, 5 people in the shop, no social distancing encouraged.
Over familiar attendant on during the day, has very bad B.O. update: March 2021: the staff seem to be having some kind of competition to see who can be the rudest to customers. Hate this palce

I went in there to buy some snacks before the end of my shift at work. I spent around 3-4 minutes to choose what I want because I wasn’t sure. When I paid, the lady at the till was rude saying “it took you a while to choose only one”.
Ridiculous. Not coming back again!

During the day, the staff are very professional and polite. However, during the night, on two separate occasions with two different members of staff ( 2 elderly women, 1 with a mole on her lip), I left feeling, to be Frank, like absolute rubbish. The way I was spoken to, let alone as a customer was despicable. There was no patience, no manners and no respect. I felt like a burden as soon as they looked at me. This is a shame as this deters me from purchasing from this garage. This isnt what we expect from a company like Shell. Disappointed.

Lady with white hair apparently called Stephanie served me on 4th June 2019 at 10PM. She was extremely rude, raised her voice on me for no reason and mocked my English saying it's bad because I'm Chinese. I think she was being racist to me. I am appauled by the horrendous service and shocked anybody would do this at work.

The woman with grey hair and mole on her lip is an absolute waste of space,my shopping always takes 2x as long here because of her. The shop always looks messy ,the prices and promotions are always messed up and outdated. The food in the fridge normally goes out of date all the time and when I bring it up they act like I'm lying. Never stop here if you're in a hurry,there is a much better place further up the road towards Aldi.

Went for fuel here today and nobody on cash till - she was attending to the coffee machine so didn't switch the pump on. When I asked her to she was very off with me. If I hadn't had a business fuel card to pay for it I would have gone elsewhere, I'm sure her boss would prefer the £100+ for the fuel rather than her be fiddling with the coffee machine!

The male assistant in that store is unbelivably rude. He's ignorant and impolite to almost every customer. He even swore at me once! I'm shocked that Shell employ him. I'll never use that petrol station again.

The man that was serving me at the till is been very rude. My card was declined and he swore with low voice, after he cancelled everything from the computer he asked me in a rude way: what do I do now with this cappuccino?
I explaned that could happen that due to problems with the card, the transaction could be declined.
