Hung up the phone me when I asked questions about a part I needed, he quoted £12. When asked if its a genuine ford part not the cheap china ones he ended the conversation as if he was too busy for my business. Ordered the part off Amazon for £40 plus its new, I guess they want my business more and not too busy for me.
