Totally unhelpful RUDE people working here.
They sold me a broken part and refuse to refund it
4 weeks later they answer on the phone with "I'm trying to forget about you"
This guy has serious issues with foreign cars and probably with foreign people too.
It's simply disgraceful anyone has to face this kind of behavior nowadays.
Unless you vote for UKIP, don't get too close to this shop

They are thieves they stole my car when I tried to sell them my personalised number plate! My pride and joy, they took me for a mug and robbed me! DONT NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR!

Today HCS took my beloved broken vehicle away for me. I want to highly reccomend this company and their team as they were incredibly polite, helpful and supportive in how to do the paperwork and helped me along the process. As a woman I want to highly recommend this company as anything to do with vehicles can often be a sexist and difficult area to deal with..... but HCS were fabulous in every way.
