Behavior wasnt good. I didn't like the way he greeted me. I met so many people so far, their gesture was sweet and I didn't feel uncomfortable. But here the person was very irritated on my queries and a sign of disgust was reflecting on his face

I have just received the most shocking customer service ever. Went into boots to enquire about a prescription that should of been delivered. It had not even been ordered. I asked why only to be met by a barrage of abusive from the member off staff who apparently was not dealing with any more complaints today cause she had had enough abuse for today and was ready to quit her job!! She then walked away leaving me to sort myself out. One hour later and a very helpful msn at day and night and I was sorted. Also no one ever answers the phone!

The staff at this place are absolutely fantastic, they offer a really friendly professional service I am always impressed with the service they provide. The stock at this place is always good, the only thing this branch is missing is food and drinks if they offered they had the facility to offer Boots meal deals this would be brilliant, apart from that everything is great!
