Have been recently looking to trade my vehicle for something larger and came across a potential replacement at Leicester Autos.
Very good communication with the owner from the start (Steve) and given freedom to look over the car/test drive and ask any questions in a relaxed and unpressured setting.
Unfortunately the vehicle wasn't right for me on this occasion, but I wouldn't hesitate viewing further vehicles via this Company in the future.

Genuine and decent car dealer I have bought over 50 cars spanning 40 years and can honestly say Steven Joy and ths team have really exceeded my expectations .I searched everywhere for VW Beetle the same colour an spec as the one that unfortunately had just been written off and Leicerter Autos had it. From the first time speaking to Steve I realised it was a genuine dealer not a con mercant.The car was MOT,d the following day and brought to me 2 days later. Their was a problem with central locking that I realised a week later and rather than trying to fob me off Steve asked me to take to reliable garage I did and Steve paid over the phone to the VW dealer straight away.The part has finally arrived and VW will be fitting it tomorrow Thank you so much Steve,Melanie and the team if everyone was like you guys the world would be a happier place 5STARS ALL THE WAY-CHEERS MATE

Steve was really helpful and I only paid for the car after receiving it which as a first time buyer was reassuring. I enquired about the car on a Wednesday and it was delivered to me (75 miles away) on the Friday, and above all the car itself was great value. The whole process was smooth, would definitely recommend

What a joke.
Phoned for a visit to look at a car and was told to phone when leaving.
In the meantime price went up by £1000.? and was told its sold?
Don't know who my wife spoke to but he couldn't be bothered and rude.
How ever you can still reserve the car on their website? Worst garage we've dealt with.

I bought the car without seeing it as I am based in Devon. Steve took a video for me, and arranged for the car to be delivered. Unfortunately, it arrived with a scratch (not Steve's fault!); he had it taken back to Leicester, and had a fantastic spray job done on the door. He also redid the alloys and put new 'go fast' stickers on the bonnet. The car was delivered again and it was beautiful. He also brought me some flowers!! I would definitely buy from Steve again. He just wants his customers to be happy.

One of the most hassle free, honest & welcoming dealerships I have visited.
I travelled almost 2 hours to Leicester Autos and was not disappointed at all. The cars are in stunning condition, far better than most dealerships out there and come backed up with all the relevant history and documents. I was also very pleased with my part exchange price and more importantly my new car.

I recently bought a Honda CR-V from here after test driving quite a few others. This was by far the best one and from by far the best dealer - not at all pushy like every other one I visited.
The engine management light came on a few days after purchase which turned out to be just a loose air intake and nothing they could have noticed. Leicester Autos immmediately bought me another car to use and got mine to the local Honda dealer. The Honda garage even commented on how great the mechanical condition of the car is throughout when I collected it.
Leicester Autos could not have reacted any better and I wouldn't expect many other dealers to react in the same way. So much so, when my wife needs a new car I'll definitely check their stock and hope to buy from here again.

Last June I saw an E350 Mercedes for sale here.
It was a long way to travel, (I live in Tenby S.W Wales), but after a number of phone calls I went to see the car.
I was not disapointed, the car was exactly as described and prepared to a very high standard, spotlessly clean inside and out. The car came with a six month warranty. I've used this once, to have a software update done. I paid my local Mercedes dealer to do the work and Steve reimbursed the money with no problem or dispute involved.
I have no problem recommending Steve and Mathew for a quality used car, at fair price. No high pressure salesmen, just a relaxed helpful attitude.

Brought a car last week off Steve who has been great. I’m in London but they had the car I wanted so brought it without viewing first. Steve arranged everything from start to finish including collection of my part exchange and delivery of my new car. A driver delivered my car at 10am he waited patiently whilst I had a good look over my new car. There was one thing I wasn’t happy with on my new car so I rung Steve and he promptly sorted the issue out for me. Bought a Mazda 6 sport from Leicester autos. I can honestly say they are the best garage we have ever used. Car in fantastic condition, sales team are not pushy at all . Test drive the car as long as you want. We informed them of a few niggles upon test drive and they had all this rectified as we went for lunch. The after sales is spot on. Had an issue with door mirrors not working and since we live 120 miles away we booked it into local garage and Leicester sorted it all with them. Our next car WILL be bought from Leicester Autos. A thoroughly dissapointing level of service and quality of product being offered to customers. Steve at Leicester Autos sold our customer a not inexpensive Range Rover and it was presented to us shortly after sale with a serious fault involving power loss.
Upon diagnosis of this fault, paperwork was found in the vehicle concerning previous diagnostics of the same issue.
Having honoured the warranty and paid us to fix the issue, as was appropriate in the circumstances, the vehicle encountered yet another fault a short while afterwards.
Not taking kindly to the initial diagnosis of this second problem, Steve became rude and aggressive on the telephone.
We are informed by him that this second fault was a blocked fuel filter. We cannot help but feel such a matter, along with the initial fault would have been picked up prior to delivery by a cursory inspection of the vehicle, full service and code scan. Something that clearly was not carried out, as should be customary.
I would urge prospective customers to ensure these procedures are carried out as a matter of course and is something that should be considered general good practice. Hopefully, this unsatisfactory incident can be learned from both procedurally and personally.

Just collect X5 from Steve and his staff and superb service and hands on approach, they did some additional items FOC for me too.
I travelled down on train and was collected by Eric at Loughborough station and collected my car, and Steve sorted out my cherished plate paperwork too and made the transaction as seamless as possible .
