I had to come here for a particular tool I needed. Because of Covid you cannot browse, but from what I saw it looks like an excellent shop. The staff seemed really friendly and helpful. Not hard to find either. If your after something for your car then this is the place to go.

Good place for parts and I think it's a good price and the staff where very helpful and polite. Missed a star out of 5 just because I think the shop was a bit bland apart from that I will definitely use them again

Social distancing encouraged. Queuing outside store. Masks required. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure good customer service. My item not in store contacted other store to ensure in stock and put to one side. Arrived at store with item in stock, item on counter ready. Thank you

Drove over after work to catch before closing. Thought the point of giving the registration number of car ensured correct part. Clearly not . Although I said at time it was incorrect iwas ensured that "thats the one for your car and it's the only one we have "

Hit and miss, just need to get the right guy, on the right day.
I generally don't use this branch, try to avoid, because they seemed to be less caring and retail customer focused.
I prefer to Syston branch as the guys there are so much more customer focused and genuinely caring.
Consistency with brand delivery doesn't seem to be there strong point, but they know their parts I guess.

Have used this company in the past for cars in are family. They have a lot to offer on the shop floor and in the warehouse. Your better to phone them than look on there website as it just tells you what brands are available rather than what parts cost or they have in stock. Plenty of parking at this site and easy to get too. Reasonably priced on parts.
