The time had come today for me to make the decision today goodbye to my cat Of 18yrs. I can’t rate this surgery highly enough ???? from phoning just after 8am spoken to the receptionist who was very professional & understanding to seeing the vet Guy, who was also so professional understanding & compassionate, I felt comfortable & my cat was so relaxed around you thank you.

Took my 19 year old royal python for a check up here. Guy was really knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for getting my snake off hunger strike. Great exotics vet.

Coastway Vets Guy Sarah Sarah and all staff are outstanding in their sincerity and have looked after us from day one with my dogs epilepsy I would highly recommend them and you will never look back. They are a breath of fresh air

If I could give it no stars I would. We had been seeing Fran there for our cat who is great but then saw Guy when Fran was running late. He barely looked at my cat, rushed through the appointment, kept talking so I never had a chance to ask questions, never reviewed my cats history, opened a bottle of very expensive medicine before telling me the cost, told me insurance would cover it (it won’t), it’s not likely a medicine my cat even needed, then ushered me out in under 2 mins and £180 later. I rang to complain about the appointment and said we wanted to return the medicine. They said they would talk to head office and get back to me, I never heard back, I called again, same story, I need to wait, finally after 3 weeks I sent an email to what was a Kemp Town branch. They finally passed the message to “head office”. The reply was curt, no apologies at all basically saying I was a liar and they would t refund me and the vet claimed my cat had a long term problem prior to our visit (he didn’t) and he managed to diagnose it within a minute without looking at my cats history or even checking him all over. This place is a corporate scam. NEVER EVER GO THERE!
