Awfull experience I had today in Torquay, they're selling sim cards recording addresses knowing it's not working there :) I bought the sim card at 2pm, 3-4pm I was trying to cancel it as it doesnt work, had a chat with a lady with accent like indian and also having a low signal, asking if I have iphone or samsung, I said android ????, she disapeared for a few sec ... ????I couldn't even able to understand what she say, I said a couple times that I can't hear and understand you - and she was replying everything more loudly ???? And it was already diverted call to technical department. So I did my best to finish the call and went back to the shop. Guy there told me to call customer services... ????
Be careful guys, if you get something from them and it doesn't work as promised, then you're in trouble. If you want to return - be patient- as you won't be able to access anyone who's dealing with that.
Their network coverage map is a fake, EE and O2 also got gaps in some areas but at least they show that.

Met with Dan on the shop floor, very approachable and answered all my questions clearly and concisely.
Unfortunately I didn't have my ID at the time of going through the upgrade process. But Dan went through all my options so I knew what I wanted when I could finish the process.
He also recommended me to wait on accessories as I can get £5 off each item when I get the device.
He EVEN networked with another store as it was more convenient for me to do the upgrade at Exeter.
10/ 10 service couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Went into 3 shop on Saturday to see if I could upgrade our internet. Spoke to Dan and his assistant manager who were really helpful and sorted this all out for us. Thanks guys

Back in 2016 my parents were kicked out of the shop. At that point they have been Three customers for 10 years, all the family have phones with Three. The upsetting part is that my dad whos not fluent came in with my mum who is fluent and wanted to get a new phone as my dad's contract has ended. Little did they know the manager will kick them out of the shop and threatened my elderly parents with the police because my dad couldn't answer questions for him self and my mum was translating it for him. The manager said he doesn't believe that my dad is who he says he is regarding all the ID's they have provided including passport. He said if you dont leave nicely i will call the police. Until this day we dont go inside the shop to be shamed and embarresed to not be fluent and label as criminals. This expierence has effected our family for a long time and Three should be ashamed of the people they employ. Hope this gets seen so other people won't have this treatment be repeated.

What fantastic staff! I chose 3 as a provider because you can carry over balances on PAYG but the bonus is this shop. Of all the mobile shops this is the best. If you need a new phone or have a mobile problem they are very helpful.

Useless customer service.
I recently went into Three, to see if I could speak to someone about a nano to full sim adapter for an old phone I recently got given from a relative.
I wait for 20 minutes and there was A SINGLE member of staff talking to another family. A second member of staff comes from the back door and attends to another customer who started waiting after me. I was very disappointed at the poor employee management considering I am already a Three customer.
I do not recommend this store under any circumstance. If you want a Three phone and/or sim, go elsewhere.

Shocking service provided by a very unhelpful Chris who is supposed to be a assistant store manager. Sold me a sim and assured me it would work in my house but it does not, they will not cancel it despite not been fit for purpose and it not working from day 1. Stay away from these clowns.
