Good experience in this shop as always new deal sorted ,pity it doesn't start for a month ,my contract finished 2 months ago I went in on the payment day apparently you have to do it 24 hr before that' worst part of that' I went away & ran out of data in two days , no net, my new con unlimited data, some what annoying. Less money as well hope this helps someone happy. Threeing

I went into this store today specifically told the sales rep I wanted a MYFI rolling 30day contract witch was explained to me as (yes that’s avalibble £35 unlimited data )on a rolling 30 day contract GREAT
I was read all the terms and conditions by the rep very professional and the just sign here sir
I proceeded home happy as Larry with my new WIFI 4g hub arrived home and wanted to to register on the 3 mobile app
At this point I discovers that the P**k sales rep conned me into a 12month contract even after asking him 4 times if I could cancel at anny time witch I found abit S**t well a lot S**t
I find this so hard to believe that a main high street 3 mobile shop has done this to me probbly due to commission but after asking and asking over and over about the 30day rolling he just sat there and lied to my face
I’d advise annyone who gose in this rediculious franchise to read the terms yourself don’t let them.
Fair to say I’ll be seeing them over the next few days and expressing my anger to get this sorted
