Absolutely abysmal.
We reserved a car on line and they rang us to tell us there were no pictures yet as it was going in body shop for a tidy and prep and to remove a dent on the wheel arch, get valeted etc
We drove down today for 2 hours and the dent is still there and the inside is dirty!
They backtracked on the dent conversation even though they record calls
Clearly thought we would just take it even though the car was at top price for its age already.
Amazing how many times someone had to go and ‘talk to their manager’
