I have called numerous times asking for advice about my car service and warranty cover. Each time no one is able to give me an answer and passes me to another person who will tell me I need to ring the original person I spoke to. Terrible service and I still don’t have an answer.

Had issues with my Vehicle from new, 18 months later all of the issues remain having never been fixed. New ones also occurring. Car has been in here a dozen times to amend these problems but to no avail. Problems could be from the factory and/or bad build quality but service department here have not fixed any of them. Mechanics drove the vehicle with me only to say the issues are "normal" when some of the issues have made the car undriveable. Will never buy a Peugeot again.

Well how to use my time productively? I have been sat here (returning a car part) and it's been over 30mins since I arrived. The lad took the receipt and asked if I would accept a white cheque. Then he disappeared. I am now assuming to grow a tree to write the cheque on. Why can't they just credit my card? (The same way I paid) I will say the manchester dispatch department who sent the part out here was outstanding. I would give this department 5 stars. This stores customer service is second to all so beat ng this in mind I have one recommendation I would pass on to this stores manager " never move in to the fast food industry"

First time coming here, their service department ignored me for half an hour whilst they chatted. Until I lost my patience with them and collared the remaining staff member. Not much better on pick up, waiting an hour dispite specifying a set tine for pick up, new girl left with no help on how the complete paperwork. And from what I heard from other customers waiting this is the usual here

Bought a new car off them the week before the new model came out. Not once do they mention the up coming car even though it was in the press (that we missed) Now every 6 month when the new reg is launching they phone is up asking if we are thinking of upgrading and every time we tell them not to call us again in this manner, when they called last time else told they we will never be buying a car off them again. When they call in 4 or 5 months (which I'm sure they will) I'm going to report them for GDPR infringement. Avoid the high pressure comission based sales team and constant nagging phone calls buy buying elsewhere.

staff vary unprofessional one of the sales staff stud next to us hugging and kissing his girlfriend whilst the sales person we were dealing with seamed more interested in trying to sell us either the top of the range model or an alternative one in a colulour we did not choose as he had 2 in 17 plate seemed more interested in telling us the car was in very high demand with mobility customers and we would therefore be better with a pre registered 17 plate even though we told him several times our current vehicle was not due to be returned until October when given the figures we asked for a print out of the quote which he was very reluctant to provide and said he would just keep on file not sure why visited nissan and honda today who both supplied writen quotes all seamed very unprofesional from start to finish will go to look at same car but in a different deslership

Avoid at all costs, worst experience ever. My nephew wants a cowboy outfit for his birthday so I am thinking of buying him Robins and Day Old Swan My 2015 citroen went in for a quality recall on 17th May 2017 and due to the add blue tank being damaged during the service and after remedial work add blue pipes being broken when the tank was replaced I did not get my car back fixed until 26th May 2017. I received no apologies in fact they tried to tell me that the damage was already there. They made me feel like a nuisance as I was losing patience with the recall taking over a week to fix I was so disappointed I asked R&D to provide me with a purchase price and they advised me that they could not consider buying my car as there were building works taking place The site was a shambles and I saw a van hit one of the car park gates and vehicles having difficulty accessing the service bays due to the temporary portakabins limiting space thus putting the public at risk from being hit by vehicles As a result of the piss poor service I received for what should have been a routine recall I am trading my Citroen in for an alternative vehicle so that I never have to visit the clowns at Robins & Day Old Swan ever again You have been warned

I would give no stars for service diagnostics... I booked a Peugeot 206cc in for diagnostics on Monday 15th August 2016, expecting to be given advice and a possible resolve on an engine problem. I arrived 10:10am and was greeted and welcomed by the front line staff. After about 1hr 50mins of diagnostics I was told the car needed a new coil pack and the spark plugs replacing. I enquired how much and was told £296:00 plus pence ( can not remember the pence value). I explained that it could not be the coil pack and plug because they had been replaced new 6 days earlier. The front line staff asked was the coil pack a peugeot item I replied no, a new aftermarket replacement, he then asked what make of plugs had I used? Luckly the plug box was still in the car it was an NGK brand. He told me that the (master tech) told him that these cars and coil packs will only work with specific spark plus they are very funny. Their plugs were £34:00 something and they had a £99:00 per hour service charge. I purchased additional plugs from Halfords at a cost of £21.45 (pk4) and replaced them. No change to engine problem. To summarise my experience at the (MainStealer) they told me nothing I did not already know other then the FALSE information about the spark plugs and their diagnostic investigatory methods are to replace items and see which work and fix the problem...WHY DO WE PAY THE EXPERTS TO DIAGNOSE A FAULT????

There are signs apologising for the disruption during the work they are doing... but it seems they have done little else to help customers. Staff are friendly. They seem to know about Peugeot cars but not so confident about Citroën. I had my motability car in for a service. Everything was completed fine with advice given. I hope to see improvements once their work is completed... and they develop a professional environment and professional service. Watch this space. I have previously been with Honda (Warrington & Liverpool (Sefton Street)) and Citroën Liverpool (Sefton Street) who have been very professional. It seems that my only other option for Citroën is Warrington?

Everyone is quick to complain when something goes wrong but never acknowledge anyone for helping,my 6 yr old 207 developed a power steering fault on friday got it into robins and day on tuesday morning,phone call to say its ready to collect tuesday pm,fixed free of charge..????????????????.Thank you robins and day service dept

Bad service, long waiting list and then they lie about fixes which actually are never done. Once they brought back the car with the door damaged. Luckily I solved the problem bringing the car to Chapelhouse in St Helens.

Didn't like the salesman at all. Seemed very pushy towards finance options, even though we said we were a cash buyer. Also condescending, he had already decided we couldn't afford the car before speaking to us, which was ironic since we were there looking at the cheaper end of our car interests.
