I bought a 10 year old Vw Golf from this dealer a year ago and since then the car has been doing really well, had no problems with it at all and it recently passed its mot. The whole purchase was smooth. I had plenty of time to check the car's interior, chassis, etc. Then they showed me all documentation and we went for a good test drive. I wasn't sure about few thing, but all was explained well. I didn't fell rushed or pushed to make a decision. After leaving a deposit the dealer agreed to keep the car for me for 2 weeks. I'll add that I travelled 3 hours by train to Leicester to view/buy the car and it was worth it. Would recommend.

Purchased an audi a3 through AJ that I found on the AA website as I believe AJ works closely selling cars through this. This means that the car comes inspected by the AA to find if there are any potential problems that may crop up in the future, as well as offering Warranty which I purchased. Having the warranty is a great peace of mind when purchasing a used car and AJ was great throughout the process and even helped me sort the car tax. I travelled from just outside Burton to view the car and was so glad that I did as it was in great condition, and I put a deposit on that same day, and which AJ kept aside for me despite receiving numerous offers greater than the asking price. I picked up the car a few days later, and even left my phone in the taxi which AJ and his partner helped me to contact them and get the taxi to come back. Upon purchase, AJ then took me for a test drive in it and ran through any queries I might have had, and showed me the features in the vehicle. Great experience and would definitely recommend purchasing through this dealership!

Aj arranged a viewing and test drive on a Sunday due to my working hours. Did a couple of extra bits to the car in with the price and was totally pleasant polite and helpful. Even added a set of Jaguar dust caps on delivery and brought it to my house whilst I was at work which was really appreciated. After sales spot on.
